Can you make a decent living off of fixing broken Video Game Consoles?
I am in a trade school and love video Games so i was thinking about taking electronics and learnings how to fix broken game consoles.

I don’t imagine you’d make much money from fixing strictly Video Game Consoles as you would void manufacturer’s warranty by opening the box. You could get a job with the manufacturer (or contacted company) that will allow you to be certified to work on said systems.
However in order to learn how to repair broken systems, you would need to take many courses in basic and advanced electronics which will allow you to expand your capabilities well beyond repairing just consoles – that would be where you make money.
